Hi, I'm jotapeseven! Will I get LCWRA back pay and are there any other benefits I could claim?

My partner is on lcwra an now I am waiting to court date for mine as well.
My question is if I win the court decision does I got any back pay money?
Do I have any other benefits who to apply for???

    Unfortunately, if you have a joint claim then you won't be due any backpay or future payments and it'll just be your commitments that will change (if any). Do you and your wife receive PIP?
