Hey
i wanted to know what’s your thoughts on when k will receive my back pay
i received my award text on 15/12/23 SO HAPPY
today I rang to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and it turns out that the date of claim was put down wrong so it’s been adjusted and a payment will be sent out but they can’t say when it’ll be received. Since it Xmas I was wandering when I might receive it?

It will be paid into your bank 3-5 working days once payment was sent. I wouldn't like to guess when you will receive it because as you said there was an error with the dates so that will need to be corrected before money is paid. You can ring PIP in the morning to ask them if payment has been sent and if it has you can ask when to expect into your bank and they will tell you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
