Question about air source heat pumps

Abit new hear just abit nervous,
here i go just wondering if anyone has come across AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS at all, 
as we hv one just wondering if anyone can help with some guidance.

    I'm afraid while I have heard of air source heat pumps, I don't have one myself. But if you explain the issue you're having maybe one of us will be able to help.
