Hi @_Findlay11, or Jim! I'm Jimm! Welcome to the community, sorry I couldn't avoid doing that silly intro.
Sorry if these questions some obvious, I'm just trying to get information to help you find the support you need!
Can I ask, do you own the house or is it local authority/rented? If not, do you have any home insurance at all?
If you own it, is it a leasehold or a freehold?
If it's a leasehold then there should be a company who is responsible for repairing the outside of the building.
If you own the home and it's a freehold, the best option is your local authority. They will often have schemes for helping disabled people adapt their homes, but that includes repairing their home if it's needed. You can read more about it on this Citizen's Advice page.
Let us know how you get on, and if your home isn't a freehold we can point you in the right direction for that too!
I am also just going to move this into our Home category
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Depending on how bad the damage is it might not cost as much as you think to get it repaired, but assuming you have insurance you might be able to claim for the cost (less any excess the policy has)2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
