    I know @Ada,they don't usually go on for too long on New Year's Eve but five minutes is too much for Scout.

    I'll have to put the telly on and sing the national anthem at the top of my voice until they stop.

    @Lou67 hello, I saw that comment from Jimm and I am sorry you felt hurt by it. I really don't think it was intended to be offensive. I read it like this: "don't worry about missing me out, I won't feel ignored if you don't mention me" sort of thing if that makes sense?

    I understand what you mean totally, but the way he sd I don’t have to answer (just for the sake of it) hurt me and I only answer people because I want to.
    He didn’t have to use those words.

    Good thanks you @Lou67 we just got here yesterday everyone else has gone shooting and beating and I'm inside the cottage nice and cozy today. What are you up to today @Lou67?

    I think we are walking the dog at some point but it's raining at the moment :( my Dad doesn't like going out in the rain so may go for a drive to the shop first then do the dog later. :)
