Hi, my name is LizzyF! Can anyone identify this hearing aid for my mum.

Hello all,
Im hoping someone might be able to identify this hearing aid for my mum. We need to replace the ear hook for one of them as it has been lost. It's an NHS hearing aid.

    Hi there @LizzyF welcome to the forum. 
    It might be worth going back to the department that you had the hearing aid from, to get a replacement. They most likely have the same type in stock.

    Thank you both. They are from a hospital and are being very awkward. They sent one in the post which the care home promptly lost but it took weeks for them to do it and now they're not responding to my emails. I'd like to just be able to buy parts from Amazon because I think theyre going to get lost a lot. Ive already had to get tubes which took a month. I think I can see the ghost of the word Phonak in the picture but they sell so many hooks and Phonak dont allow you to email pics from their online form so Im stuck.
