Geberit AquaClean toilet

Has anybody ever managed to get the Geberit aquaclean toilet repaired themselves by some other technician other than the one from the company itself?

I have one and it has stopped functioning and Social Services are saying that I am liable to get it repaired myself, even though they installed it through a community, disabilities, grant a few years back.

The company that manufacture it are saying that it is out of warranty and they cannot repair it

I have asked local Plumbers and Electricians to have a look at it, but most of them are all not familiar with the toilet, therefore, unable to quote a repair.

I am really struggling, as it is part of my Care and My care handlers are unable to help me any other way.
