    Sorry for not posting today, I have had a day out, we went to St. Ives, if anyone has heard of it. Not the seaside town. A nice old town on a river near where I live relatively near to Cambridge. I did all the driving and it was a lovely drive along the country roads to get there.

    Thanks @Sandy_123 and @Ada yes had the best day today for ages going for a good walk then breakfast then for a trip out. I have been feeling quite tearful today so it was nice to have some distractions.

    I have never been to Wales @ada but apparently the roads there are lovely for driving. I would like to go one day, I will let you know if we go with the hope that you will have the kettle on :D:D

    @Ada I watched 600-lb life today. Made me remember no matter how much you struggle there's always someone worse off. I'm in need of losing 4 stones and it gets me down.

    @66Mustang glad you had a nice afternoon. 

    You are all lovely people and apologies if I don't tag you....I include you all in my posts.

    This is a lifeline especially days like today where its been hard as I have hardly done one thing I'm being asked to do something else. I'm able to connect to you all and not lose my head

    Some of the roads are lovely to drive on @66Mustang,as long as you don't get stuck behind a tractor for three days.

     I know it’s hard but I’m glad you coped so well with it.
