Haha, yup! I usually have other brands of noodle, Pot Noodles are a rare treat for when I want something really bad for me.

Lunch was a homemade toasted cheese sandwich and a glass of Cranberry juice.

Thanks @Rosie_Scope for breakfast I had porridge with banana on top and for lunch I had a wrap and a cuppa tea.
I will add a photo so you know I'm not just going out every day I cropped my face out of it. Bought the mug from the Scope store I volunteer in 0 -

I had a coffee for breakfast as wasn't feeling hungry. Still trying to decide lunch although it's getting a little late now.1 -
