I have a son who is 21 & who uses supported typing to communicate.
He has been refused his preferred method of communication.
looking for help/advice to enable him to get the support he needs.

Who has refused your son's use of supported typing and for what reason? Are you able to use the organisation's complaint procedure to have the matter looked at again, citing the Equality Act to request 'reasonable adjustment'?
