Hi my son has hemiplegia and he is 19 .he is very dipressed and frustrated because for years he has tried to be like everyone else but his body is letting him down down he is becoming more aggressive and cross with his step father and I .but he won't get help .

That sounds really difficult for everyone and I'm sorry you're going through this. Has your son had a big life change recently? (For example, finishing education?) If so, is there any support that is being provided (or needed but not provided?) to him to help him move forward?
