My first PIP payment is scheduled to go through on the 1st Feburary 2024. I am wondering what time the payment usually goes through. I am using Metro Bank.

Not with Metro Bank but mine arrives between just after midnight to 1am usually.

I don't bank with metro. Mine goes in usually after 2.30am.0
