    Don't know atm where I found this but..

    A successful appeal at Tribunal means the DWP failed to follow the correct proceedings AND failed to revise its findings.

    And they'll be attending a lot of appeals to find out where they're going wrong...

    DWP knows enough claimants can't appeal and they win that way. 


    Wow well done on your result @WhatThe that’s amazing news.  Got mine soon so anxious and nervous hoping they do same to me 🤞 and that’s it not drawn out
