Im on UC but recently applied for pip (November 2023) am I still entitled?

I seem to be in the small group who have not yet received the final 299 cost of living payment. And it dawned on me earlier that am I even going to get it? I'm on uc and have been for years. I've had the first 2 payments. But I recently applied for pip and had my telephone assessment on Friday (9th Feb 24). I've not been awarded anything yet but will this affect the cost of living payment??
