This is my first post on the site. I hope to be doing many more. But not today. We (my 7 year old, and Mum) did London Friday - Saturday to see Frozen. First time on crutches in such a busy place. Anyway today in excruciating pain. My daughter wanted lunch. I made super noodles as I just cannot cook today. I’ve not even eaten I’m so exhausted. I feel guilty as not a nutritious meal for her. So gave her pineapple also! This made me feel mildly better. Then I re-filled my hot water bottle. The long one. Sat on the sofa, placed it on my knees. Took pain meds and now I’m sitting here thinking how many more times will I need to move? How much more food will she want making (pasta for dinner) and nope I’m sticking to my guns and definitely not playing barbies today. I just need the guilt to dissipate. I am not moving for much of the rest of the day (unless required to for little one) this is my boring, painful and exhausted Sunday 😊 just thanking the heavens we don’t have peppa pig on repeat!

Hey there @amazingglittermum and welcome to the community!
Thank you for sharing, that sounds like quite the weekend! I can empathise with having a great day, then getting a 'fun hangover' the following day. Do you have anyone that could possibly help you with meals today? A friend or family member?Albus (he/him)
