Pip Points & Awards .. PLEASE READ

Hi , this is my first post , I'm new here so apologies if I get anything wrong.
I claimed for PIP in November as I have Osteoarthritis,  I had a telephone assessment on 5/2/24, Monday just gone I rang DWPand asked for a report of my assessment which came today. From what I can gather I have scored 8 points on the Daily Living Section , and 10 points on the Mobility Section. Does this mean I will be awarded PIP, and if do , normally how long does it take them to make their decision ?

    It means there’s a recommendation of standard for both parts. 

    Mostly the decision maker goes with the report but it has been known for them to go against it. Timescales for decisions are up to 12 weeks after the report was returned.

    Once a decision is made you will be contacted.
