I’m in the process of changing banks, I changed the details online last night. This morning I’ve been asked to attend an appointment in the morning to provide more evidence. That’s it. No other details.
What do they need to see??! I’m not very mobile, it’s really short notice. Feel like changing it’s more hassle than it’s worth!!

When I changed mine all they wanted to see was the bank card & it had the account details on it so they would match what you put.
my appointment lasted less than 1 minute
hope this helps0 -
Hiya @Janemet. I understand the concern, they often don't give a great deal of information, but as Fabbydabby1 has said, they just want to make sure the new details are correct and the account is yours, it's basically to stop any chances of identify theft.0
