Hello, I am 45 and have mild spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. I have always been of high functioning ability but in recent years need the assistance of two crutches.
One year ago, I developed numbness and tingling primarily on my left side. I do however also experience symptoms on my right. These symptoms are constant and have confused my Doctors.
I don't as yet have any answers.
Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Thank you.

@HanPad I'm 42and have developed something similar over past 2or 3 years. Tests have shown damage to the nerves particularly in my left arm. My consultant believes it is due to spasms stretching nerves . Unfortunately in my case it is irreversible although I have had new splints made to try and prevent further damage .0

It could be neuropathic pain. you can get numbness, burning , stabbing and crawling sensations. Ask your GP. gabapentin meds can help0
