Hi I may have asked this before, but my anxiety and stress is up the wall as my statement is not showing and it has always shown six days before it’s due, it lands on 2nd of every month and I always see it six days before and it’s reassuring to see it, so my question is do any of you guys have delayed statements? And is it late maybe because the payment falls on a saturday ? I am so worried it has never been this late before and because it’s my sole source of income it weighs heavy on me ? When do you guys see your statements

Hello @alaskajade1987
I'm sorry this has worried you. I have had delayed statements before, usually around a bank holiday. Maybe because of the leap year it may have muddled it up? Maybe ask on your UC journal to see if they know why?0 -
Omg I never even thought about that ! There is only meant to be 28 days in February and there is 29 ! So perhaps you’re right ! Sounds like that might be the problem 😊0

When is your payment date?0

My UC gets paid on the 2nd and my statement was available as normal this morning.
However once or twice in the past it has taken a few days longer to be available.0 -
My pay day is 2nd as well now I am SERIOUSLY worried0

Oh dam I best just ring them in morning, this is gonna keep me awake all night now 🙄0

Then I agree with Hannah and it may just be the shorter month this month that has affected it. You may not get any answers from ringing the helpline because all they will do is put a message onto your journal. If you don't receive it by mid morning tomorrow then put a message onto your journal and ask about this months statement.0

PHEW that was unnecessary of me to stress so much I woke up this morning and it is showing thank god, I appreciate your advice (as always guys) 😊🙏🙏🙏0

I usually get my statement on the 26th for a 2nd pay date, but it's been as late as the 28th a few times.0
