mobility - plan a journey

Hi
I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my spine and hip
When I applied for PIP I was given standard rate PIP but only scored 4 points on mobility. I now struggle walking further distances and sitting for long periods
I can plan a journey using a satnav but for me it isn't a plan as I need to stop whenever the pain gets to much.
Will that count towards not being able to plan a journey?

If you’re claiming for physical conditions then following and planning a journey will not apply to you. It only applies to those with mental health, cognitive or sensory issues.It would be the moving around part you need to look at as this takes into consideration your ability to walk.1
