No protection for disabled employers

hi there! I wrote this piece for Disability United about an experience I had when dealing with an issue with one of my carers/PAs as their employer since I have a PHB. I'd really like to hear from others to find out what support you would have wanted to be a good employer overall and when dealing with specific issues. So check it out and get in touch!
