Hi, just read that PIP will increase in April, both daily living and mobility parts. I am getting a car aprox in May and have to pay an upfront fee of £1049 will the increase reduce this or will they still recieve all mobility paymeny? Thanks

The increase is £4.75 a week so over the 3 year hire agreement it's another £741.0

If the vehicle is your total mobility allowance, which I suspect it is because you have to pay and advance payment then you will not see any increase in your PIP for mobility because it will all be paid to Motability. This will apply to each year that benefits increase. This is one reason why it says "total mobility allowance" on some vehicles and not a specific amount.0
