Motability car abuse?

I know someone that has a Motability car for her husband who does not benefit from it.She uses it to go and play bingo,goes shopping with her friend,shopping for an elderly person.What can i do about it,she is abusing the system.

Welcome to the community.
Although the disabled person doesn't have to be in the car for every journey, it should be used to benefit them.
Mobility has some info on their website:
You can report misuse through the website.Misuse would include:Not giving the disabled person the benefit of the carDriving whilst uninsured or bannedUsing the car in a criminal actLending, ****-leasing or selling the carUsing the car for unauthorised business purposes, for example, as a taxi or delivery vehicleNot taking proper care of your car
Mobility cars can be vital lifeline to people - so I think it's really important that the scheme is protected for those that need it.

My son has my car and he was suppose to take me shopping hospital appointments and he just leaves me to catch taxi I can't even walk and I don't even no what I'm doing half the time
