Just wondering if anyone knows roughly how long after receiving a letter from the tribunal saying ‘your case is now ready to list’ do you actually get a hearing date?
I’ve opted for a short notice hearing date as mentally I’m struggling with the waiting I understand it could be a long time but just after a rough timescale, I appealed in October and my case is ready to list on 7th March
I’m located in wales if that makes any difference.

Sometimes it's weeks and other times it's many months. Waiting times for hearings have increased considerably in the past 18 months or so and you could be waiting at least 10 months for a date, from when you requested the Tribunal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
