    I hope tonight brings a better sleep for you @Grinchy and today brings some good news about your smudge @Ada.

    Good morning everyone! How is everyone today? You're stuck with just me and my ugly mug until Friday I'm afraid!
    Jelly (my 9-month-old puppy) has just gotten over a bad case of kennel cough and seems to have come out the other side as a naughty teenager who has forgotten everything she's been taught :D

    Morning to all in scope land..it’s been raining here again just for a change.

    I can see some of you have had a bad night of sleep so I hope you are able to have a rest today. Sorry to hear about the landlords dogs Ada, I hope Smudge comes home soon. And for those in pain one way or another I hope you get some relief today.  Mustang I loved the Birthday dogs hat he looked very dapper, looked like he enjoyed…take care all.

    I have my hospital appointment at 11.30 so due to be picked up around 10.45. I really hope this is my last one.

    Im so sorry to read some off what you went through as a child, I’m so glad you have a loving family around you.
     I also don’t see one off my daughters so I totally know how you feel. But like you I’m here for her always.

    Thank you @Lou67, we're doing well thanks. My eldest is diving into the world of UCAS and thinking about universities which is horrifying to me. I genuinely can't believe how quick time goes, it feels like only a few years ago she was starting school at all. Good luck for your hospital appointment today, I hope it's your last one.

    @Grinchy its really sad reading your post I'm sorry you didn't have another good night. You do have a good family around you, an easy day for you today.

    @ada hope smudge picks up and eats and that your ok too

    @Adrian_Scope jelly sounds like a lot of fun  I bet the kids love the dog being mischievous, maybe introduce a naughty step lol. 

    I worked hard with my spine yesterday, walking round the house,  sitting, stretching, hot showers on it, water bottles, it feels worse today.  I'm going to order some more gel.

    Morning @Beaver79 It's a bit warmer here too but still wet and muddy. I couldn't get comfortable and was up a lot in the night too, I hope you're not too tired today? :)

    @Adrian_Scope sounds a good idea, my spine is on a flare up and it's annoying more then anything. Drs can't do anything, so no point going. Even the surgeons won't touch it. It's all fun

    Same here @teigr, I should be grateful for the rain though, I seeded the lawn over the weekend and it saves me having to water it myself. It doesn't make up for the mud being stomped through the house though...  :D

    I hope it passes quickly @Sandy_123 and that the gel arrives to help ease it.
