that’s very frustrating when I’ve waited since August. Will this pause LCWRA element being paid until the MR is complete?0

No, your payments will continue.

Hi.
I finally heard back from
the MR. They have decided on what you guys had informed me, that I should have LCWRA from 28th August, when I first provided a fit note. I will have the element from November 30th AP, which will be 6th December. What happens now? I have asked in my journal but no one has got back to me.Thanks.0 -
That’s great news. First payment will be from AP 30th Nov to 29th Dec and first payment 6th Jan.
They will need to recalculate your past statements to work out how much you’ve already been paid against what you should have been paid. You will then receive the difference between the 2.
Once it’s done you will receive a letter in your journal telling you how much is owed and it will be paid into your bank.
It may take a few weeks for them to do that.
