Hi I received an severe disability premium form IS10 , I’m am in receipt of this already
but it asked me if there is any change of circumstances , there’s not , to sign it and send it back , I’ve never had this before in the years I’ve been in receipt and I’m a bit confused and worried can you advise , as I’m in receipt of this already

The IS10 is just the usual form to apply for SDP. I’ve never known them send that to ask if there’s been any changes.You should do as it asks and state there’s no changes and return it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
