Hi new here name is Kim I have epilepsy and had to have life saving brain surgery in November following a 36 minute seizure causing a bleed on my brain ended up in coma on life support and trying my hardest getting used to my life now being completely different to before but I'm slowly getting there I've learnt to walk again I'm just very slow.nevr thought I'd have to do that at 41 anyway enough about me

Hi @Kimld, welcome to our community! How are you doing today? It certainly sounds like you've had quite the journey this past year. I've had a near-death experience but I've never been in a coma before, how has recovering from it been? I'm glad to hear you're walking around again, I'm sure with time things will get faster It must feel good to have some mobility again?
If you'd rather talk about something other than your health then why not tell us about a hobby or your favourite thing to do during your free time? Got a favourite show you love to watch?They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
