Hi,I am severely disabled and someone told me that I should get a winter fuel payment because of my age and disabilities, no one in offialdom had told me this,can anyone enlighten me please

Hi,thanks for reply Stayce,just my luck either to young or to old haha,a friend of mine who is epeleptic,and diabetic,gets some form of help with bills in winter,so il have to look into that.

I think you are referring to the Warm Front discount on fuel bills offered by many, though I don't think all, fuel providers. This discount is worth £140 and available to disabled people on certain means-tested benefits. Phone your fuel provider for info.
