can any one help me I'm on pip enhanced rate want go back to work

PIP is not an out of work benefit so the rate will not change by going back to work.
https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/access-work gives information about getting adaptations to work/interviews.

Yes, freyaelise_92 is correct, working does not have any effect on PIP and it's perfectly OK to work full or part-time and receive PIP.
Working may affect other benefits you are getting though. So if for example you are getting housing benefit or employment and support allowance you should notify the offices that pay these of your earnings.
