Hi, my name is hobbie! Can't get through to PIP, any advice?

Trying to ring pip for my award letter but been on hold for hours then got cut off. Don’t know what else to do

    Hi @hobbie, welcome to the community. Unfortunately, you're not the first to have reported that over the past few days. It seems as if the lines are especially busy at the moment. The only thing I can suggest is to keep trying, and perhaps try ringing at different times of the day if you can. I really hope you get through soon!

    If you need something to take your mind of it, we've got plenty going on in the coffee lounge. If you have any questions just ask, we're a friendly bunch. I'll pop your post over to our PIP section in case you do have any questions about it :)

    Hi @hobbie - & welcome to the community from me also. It's usually said to be easier to get through if you ring when they open at 9 am. Possibly following the recent Easter holidays they may be encountering an increased number of calls.
