I was diagnosed with adhd and really struggle at work applied for pip got zero points despite having a fellow worker explain how much I struggle I work with people with addiction and can only do this job as I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict with 3 years clean time and the support of the team didn't use to leave house as anxiety was to much feel like the assessor did not even listen to me feel like giving up I only handle work with other peoples help

Congratulations on the three years, that's huge! I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling at work. Have you spoken to your boss about reasonable adjustments? They could make a huge difference.
When it comes to PIP, you can put in for a MR (mandatory reconsideration) and if that fails, a tribunal. They sound a lot scarier than they actually are though. We find many people get turned down for PIP as the DWP like you to fill in the forms in a very specific way, which isn't very helpful at all!1
