Good afternoon,
Not posted in a while, quick question partner is on LWCRA and lower daily PIP
Sometimes my partner wakes up in the middle of the night and goes to our spare bedroom to sleep so not to wake me, we pay £66 bedroom tax for having a spare bedroom, i dont know if i dreamt it or not, that if my partner sleeps in the spare bedroom we dont have to pay the bedroom tax? it might only be once or twice a month, is there a number of nights you have to sleep in the spare bedroom ?
