Hi so i got my report from pip of my assment im stuggling to understand somethings like 1b,2a 3b

Those are the descriptors for the activities. You need to look at where the dot or tick is placed next to each one. A dot/tick in descriptor A would be zero points.
You can use the PIP self test here.pip-test-form and transfer the dots from the report into the test and at the end it will tell you if there's any points recommended. You need at least 8 points for Standard or at least 12 points for Enhanced. Daily living and mobility are added separately.
Please also note that the report is a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with it, they have been know to go against it.0
