Hi @EvolveSeagull86, welcome to our community I think you will find some company here when it comes to dealing with stress and anxiety. Different techniques can work for different people, Mind actually has some great resources on different ways to tackle some of these different, but connected, things.

For myself though, I personally don't often struggle in the moment so to say. It's the aftermath where I need to take time to process what's happened. If I do happen to be overwhelmed with a lot of things at once the best thing for me is to either; talk to someone and help me break everything down; or to write things down/talk to an object (or my cat) to help me work through things at a slower pace. Because actually talking slows my thinking down, otherwise it can race and become a bit much.
