Hi all, if I write no face to face interview, it asks if I want a video or telephone call. I don’t mind either, but are they equally successful, or should I request video call only?

Heya @BuzzerButton I'd tend to say video would be the better option, but it's more about personal preference. I find I could convey things better if they could see my facial expressions and hand gestures.0

Hi Albus, it’s for my mum, not me. We don’t want to delay things by limiting our options, but I want the best chance for her. Would you tick video only?0

Also albus, will I be able to print my tribunal app after I submit?

Personally I'd go with video, despite hating being on camera haha. But again, it's totally up to your mum what she'd feel more comfortable with. As long as the information gets portrayed to the tribunal members properly, it's all good.

That question was already answered on your other thread here. mr-refused As I advised on that thread, it makes no difference because they all have the same success rate.BuzzerButton said:Hi all, if I write no face to face interview, it asks if I want a video or telephone call.
