I started my claim in November 2023. I am my husband's carer.
I received a payment including back dated in January 2024.
Then I received a letter asking for the next 3 months payslips.
I haven't received a penny since January 2024.
I sent the payslips off at 27th march 2024. I've called them twice and still nothing 😞
Any advice????
(No I don't qualify for UC )

Contact your local MP. Tell them exactly what's happened and they will hopefully contact them on your behalf.https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/1

Yes, many people do the same and it very often gets them shifted. I had to do the same some years ago and the problem was sorted within 24 hours.0

Just DWP CA again.
All I got was you called last week and a message has been sent to the back office.
When will my next payment be? I can't tell you.
Can you see if it's being actioned?
I can't tell you

Please do as I advised and contact your local MP. You will need to make sure you give your name and address.1

Finally emailed my MP
Well I've had a moment....
•sent first email with wrong attachments ( 2022 wage slips not 2024)
•then second email I forgot to add a phone number.
•then I added wrong number. Flipping dyslexic moment transposed the numbers.
Just hope she can make head or tails off my multiple emails 🤦😪
14 weeks now with no carers allowance. I'm just banging my head against a brick wall.
Fingers crossed0
