Budgeting loans

Hi I applied for budgeting loan On the 7th got a text on the 9th saying they need 21 days to get back to me nearly coming to the 21 days has anybody else had to wait this long iv have really bad anxiety and its really worrying me that I will have to ring if they don't get back to me any help appreciated

    There are delays with budgeting loan applications at the moment. You will be contacted once a decision is made.

    So do u think they will get bk to me before the 21 days ?

    I applied for a budgeting loan on the 15th April 2024 and had the money 5 days after applying. ..The text regarding waiting 21 days usually happens when they are manually reviewing the claim. Most claims are paid automatically by a computer system, but occasionally they are processed manually which takes longer, this happened to me last year I had to wait 19 days.
