    Sorry, I should say a bit more. I'm trying to find out if my son should pay for dental care if he is on the support related ESR. The guidance only includes income related ESR. It looks like he should pay. Any comments on this?

    He will only be entitled to free NHS treatment if his ESA is Income Related.
