ADP review (Scotland).

I got transfered straight over, no forms to tick or fill in. I had not long had a pip review and was awarded 10 years maybe that is why I was a straight swap with no forms, can only speak for myself.
So my experience was I recieved a letter stating that I was being transferred to ADP on what ever date and on my banking the reference would change from DWPPIP to ADPSSS, that was last October my change over, PIP review was January last year, award period 10 years.
Hope this helps.

MrBrightside said:Hello, does anyone have any experience of review process following transfer of their PIP to ADP in Scotland? The website suggests you just tick a box to confirm if there's no change since you were last assessed by DWP, which seems the exact opposite of the PIP review process (see photo below). Thanks.
Are you talking about reaching or coming up to a review point having already been switched over?
The tick box would make sense and would certainly improve waiting times through the review process.
I have never understood why they need to review the initial application again in such detail if nothing has changed in your circumstances, health or ability to do tasks as per the descriptors. Yes, re look at an application if things have changed but if you are clearly declaring no change by ticking a box then surely there is no need to go over anything else. The advice on this forum (especially for PIP as not too much info on ADP)has tended to be to treat the review like a new application and NOT to just say nothing has changed as this could effect your award, despite nothing changing since you first applied.
Let’s hope that the tick box is a new thing as it would simplify the review process and reduce wait times dramatically.
For audit purposes they could randomly generate a full review process on a percentage of reviews instead of focussing on those who have clearly stated no change…..If Social security Scotland have awarded you PIP in the first place then surely they must have thought they had enough info and evidence to make the initial award so it makes sense to me that if nothing has changed and you are declaring this why then use resources going through a review.1 -
Yes, exactly that. I just wondered if anyone had any experience of how it works in practice. It's a big difference from completing a whole new form for PIP review. Thanks.0

I have ticked the box but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Hi Hughie, did you literally just have to tick a box? Any update please? Cheers.

Yes, it was a simple as ticking the box that says nothing has changed. I have since had a flurry of letters and emails saying I haven't returned the form and my payments may be stopped. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and have been assured that this is a glitch in the system, my online form has been received and my payments will not be stopped. I am still waiting for a decision letter.

hi,I filled out my form in February some boxes I just ticked no change as there where none, but some I had to put in some more details as there have been a few changes with other issues but i still haven’t heard back, was worried at first but then someone on this site said they’ve waited 9 month

@maizie I knew there would be a long wait but I was a bit worried by the emails and letters saying that my form hadn't been returned. They seem to have stopped now so it is a waiting game.
