    I can't talk, I keep everything inside, no one knows about my problems, not even my mother, but I'm already at my limit, I can't take it anymore, I just give up, I want to disappear

    I used to keep everything bottled up too @Agulu, it really was not healthy. I did it because I felt like doing so would make me a burden to those around me, but I eventually realised that wasn't true. Indeed, sharing it made it less of a burden even to myself.

    I called the Samaritans line, I opened up for the first time, and the guy ignored me, said he would call me tomorrow, and told me I couldn't talk to anyone in front of my partner. I felt even worse.
