I dont have television or radio so only see news on the internet and all this stuff constantly about scrapping PIP is terrifying me. I get the 290 a month one. It was awarded for autism in late 2020 after a tribunal. I was told it was for 10 years and was told at the time it was for the rest of my life as autism doesnt change. I have never been able to hold down a job and now found out I dont qualify for a pension because not paid enough in. So that's about 4 years from now. So that's frightening too. I got awarded PIP for social interaction causing extreme psychological distress and also decision making. Thought I had some financial security at least and now they want to take it away. I also get LCWRA. Was thinking about claiming PIP for the scoliosis but couldn't go through assessment anyway. Mental health is bad and none of this talk from dwp helps. I'm getting worse. Know theres nothing anyone can say or do, just saying. Dwp are obviously scaring a lot of people therefore making things worse for us. If it all goes through I could lose my home ultimately.
