My pip assessment Is on 12 June 2024 and I get a text message we don’t made decision what mean this message can any one help . Thank you for your help

Do you mean the text told you that they haven't yet made a decision? If so then that's a standard text message and means exactly what it says, they haven't made a decision yet.
Once the report was returned a decision can take up to 12 weeks.
