hi I’m old legacy benifits at the moment , now I’ve lost dla for my son due to no renewal form being sent out I’ve put that in now tho , I’ve lost tax credits for him due to this , now I’m due to on uc July will child Element be backdated disbalty part , I’m in a bad place over this , i have 3 children , ones waiting on pip come thru , my other son dla ,

Yes, if your son's DLA is reinstated, the disabled child element should be backdated too. If he is awarded be sure to report the change to UC, and use the date that the DLA was backdated to as the date of change.
