Audiology chart reading

Hi
   My husband who is hard of hearing has got his audiology chart back and the graph says 100 in one ear and 80 in the other on the up and down graph what level of hearing would this be classed at.

    Hearing tests are plotted onto charts known as an audiogram. The audiogram goes from low pitch sounds on the left hand side, across to very high pitch sounds on the right (measured as frequencies in Hz), and has very quiet sounds at the top of the graph and very loud sounds at the bottom (measured in decibels dB). Results for the right ear are always plotted as "O" and those for the left ear as "X". We often hear different pitches and different levels - for example we might hear low pitch sounds much better than high pitch ones. 0-20dB is known as normal hearing, 21-40dB is a mild hearing loss, 41-69 is a moderate hearing loss, 70-94 is a severe hearing loss, and 95+ a profound hearing loss.
