They are , as far as I know. Thank you. I am worried as I received £428 tax refund and I am not sure how will it affect my UC next month.

What do you mean “as far as you know?” If they live with you then they should be named on your claim.
You need report the tax rebate that you received and it will be treated as earned income in the assessment period in which you received it.
