I'm 49 years old, was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome at 38 and Fibromyalgia at 48 although I've had all the symptoms for over 20 years. I've had an extremely traumatic life especially the last 2 years and over 8 last 10 months my mobility has reduced so that now I'm virtually housebound.

I don't know how I could have forgotten to mention it, but I also have severe anxiety, treatment resistant depression and agoraphobia. I'm looking forward to being part of the community. Thank you for having me.

Sorry to hear that, sounds like you're having a tough time of it. We'll be publishing a tips page on mental health in the next couple of days which may interest you, so keep an eye out on the announced discussions.
