Great night at the circus, but reality is, there will be same old bull.

I would like to be proven wrong but very much doubt it.

    One very relevant thing, which I interpret as positive, that I haven't seen mentioned

    They have obviously won with the most seats, but they have apparently got the lowest share of overall votes of a winning party in history (~35%)

    This is good for the public - because it means MPs jobs are less secure when it comes to next time round - so they will have to work harder to keep people happy (because they want to keep their seat next time!)

    labour won yes! but 76% of voters did not want Labour I hoping they will be voted out next time and not by the conservatives.

    The are 'material' factors for the 'lowest votes', where the electorate sees politics that's been trashed by the Cons.

    Gaza is a 'huge' issue, Labour were in a 'catch 22' situation, they navigated the best they could.

    So many other reasons i.e. tactical voting, get Lib Dems in Conservative seats etc.

    Glad to see Labour won surely they cannot be worse than the Tories.

    One thing that worries me is they used that oft used phrase 'difficult decisions'.

    We can only wait and see.

    someone said a while back on here that if Labour won the welfare situation would be the last of their priorities & i saw in their manifesto that it was getting those that 'can work' off benefits not the disabled.. Hope i'm correct… When i saw Jeremy Hunt's car leave downing street i raised my middle finger & said what i thought.

    Finding it really strange having a different Prime Minister despite my age I should be used to Prime Ministers changing but it feels different. I suppose I will get used to it in time.
