A trackball?
The buttons are on opposite sides.

Hi @Mazz,
Take a look at this:
https://www.raymond.cc/blog/restrict-or-disable-mouse-right-click-at-desktop-and-explorer/
The 4th one "Mouse Disabler" looks like the simplest to use.

This website also has lots of different mouse/ control options to choose from - http://www.inclusive.co.uk/hardware/mouse-alternatives

Hi @Mazz
The Kensington trackball mouses I would recommend either an orbit or expert versions
https://www.kensington.com/en/gb/4493/trackballs
You can then download a customisation programme for free from the Kensington website. This allows you to set the the buttons to do functions you want to do or disable the button entirely by not assigning anything to it.
These devices are larger where the buttons are much further apart so you wouldn't end up touching both left and right buttons
Best wishes
