Capability for work questionnaire

Hello everyone, hope your well. I completed capability for work questionnaire, four weeks ago and am currently on PIP, and just recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hands and COPD I am going through the process of ill health retirement from my job. Any advice or guidance on what happens next? Thank you

Most people have an assessment which are mostly by telephone. Unless you automatically qualify for LCWRA then no assessment is needed but based on your health conditions you won’t automatically qualify.
If an assessment needs a needed they will contact you once an appointment becomes available. Until then all you can do is wait.

I was sent the questionnaire in the post,city returned it over four weeks ago .
